Immunizations

At St. Kieran, we want your child to remain healthy and safe. We comply fully with California State Immunization guidelines for all students. Check with your family doctor, or call our office with any questions. For the incoming seventh graders, we require a TDAP and a second Varicella immunization. You may also visit the following website to learn more about required immunizations for your child.

Tuition (Preschool)

For students in preschool, the tuition rates for the 2024–2025 school year are:

  • Registration Fee – $150 per student, non-refundable
  • Tuition payments are paid through F.A.C.T.S. Management Co. Payments are withdrawn on the 5th or 20th of each month.
  • A two week notice is required for all withdrawals from the preschool.

Day Care, All Day, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

  • Five Days – $800/month

Preschool Hours, 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

  • Five Days – $750/month

Late Pick Up Fee

We will charge a $15 fee for every quarter hour after 4:00 p.m.

Tuition (Kindergarten Through Eighth Grade)

Tuition Payment Plans

  1. Enroll in FACTS. This is an automatic deduction from a checking or savings account. You may make twelve monthly payments, two half-price payments, or one one-time payment. All families are required to set up a FACTS account.
  2. Make a Full Payment by July 15, 2024. A 2.0% discount will be applied if you pay your tuition in full through your FACTS account or by cash or check paid directly to the parish office. The discount is not available after July 15, 2024. All families are required to set up a FACTS account.

Admission/Registration Fees

Student Fees – $400 for one student, $500 for two, $600 for three, $700 for four
Graduation Fee – Add an additional $100 per student for graduating eighth graders

Additional Commitments & Financial Obligations

  • 25 Parent Service Hours, per school year, or pay a fee of $500 in lieu of hours contributed. If the 25 hours are not met, the amount due will be pro-rated by the number of hours not completed.
  • $4,000 Scrip Commitment, per school year. You also have the option of paying an additional $240, or 6%, of total balance at the end of the school year.
    • $150 Jog-a-Thon Sponsorships
    • $200 Gala – two $100 tickets for dinner
    • $125 Golf Tournament – $100 ball drop entries and $25 auction baskets
