We are almost halfway through the school year! January 21 marks the end of the second quarter. If you haven’t logged your volunteer hours into your SchoolSpeak Account, now’s the time. It’s also the time to correct things in your account like your address, phone, email, etc. Don’t know how? Lost your login credentials? Want credit for your hours? Want to keep your tuition rate? Call Diane in the school office between 12:30 and 3:00 p.m., and she’ll help you out with all that.
There is no school on Monday, January 17 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Enjoy your long weekend!
Winter sports have been canceled due to not enough participation. We will be issuing refunds.
Our Christmas play is on Wednesday, December 15. The first performance will be at noon. School will dismiss at 1:00 p.m. There will also be a 6:00 p.m. performance. Please wear Mass clothing for the noon performance. You may also wear hats, scarves, or Christmasy things. For the 6:00 p.m. performance, please wear festive Christmas attire. You don't have to buy anything special. Remember, it's outside! Hats, scarves, Christmas sweaters, or vests are acceptable for caroling outside. We will provide all costumes and accessories.
Would you like to help plan the social event of the year? Our Bali Hai Gala is March 5, 2022. We need help with:

The Panthers are champions! Our varsity girls volleyball team won their last game against Christ Lutheran remaining undefeated. The best thing about the team is that they won the right way. They treated their opponents with respect. They never argued with the referee or each other. And they all maintained a positive attitude no matter the situation. The girls represented their school with dignity and for that we can all be proud.
Our school jog-a-thon is on Friday, November 12 from 9:45 to 11:45 a.m. Students should wear their PE shorts and sneakers plus their office jog-a-thon shirt. Our fundraising goal is $25,000. Let's go way over that!
We have an urgent need for a middle school elective coordinator and for middle school elective teachers.
Middle School Elective Coordinator: You can do this job from home! The job includes recruiting teachers, assigning students to classes, reminding teachers about classes via email or text, and possibly shopping for the classes. If we do not get a coordinator there will be no middle school electives.
Teachers: We need teachers for middle school electives including arts and crafts, home economics, cooking, sewing, sports, woodworking, or anything you would like to teach the students. Your teaching commitment is four 55-minute classes a semester.
Please direct questions to the Parent-Teacher Group via email.
Drop off a full bag of cans and plastic bottles by the seventh-grade classroom, and your name will be entered in a drawing to win lunch from the fast food place of your choice. Don’t forget to put your family name on the bag! Drawings will be once a month.
If you are going to volunteer for any class activity, such as a field trip, you must first complete CMG Connect: safe environment training and a background check. All volunteers must complete this.
If you are only driving your child, you still need to complete safe environment training and background check. If you are driving your child and a child who is not your own, you must complete the defensive driver training. If you are driving children other than your own, you need to complete the driver information form and file it with the office.
Visit CMG Connect for all training information. If you are a one-time volunteer, a COVID-19 vaccination or test is not required.
